Troubleshooting
When something doesn't work.
OBS shows nothing
- Is Ofuda running? Look for its icon in the tray.
- Is the design on stream? It is listed in the On stream view on the home page.
- Is the link in OBS the one Ofuda shows for this design? Copy it again and paste it into the browser source.
- Is the browser source as large as the design? If it is much smaller, the widget is cut off.
- In OBS, open the browser source's properties and click Refresh cache of current page.
No song, or the wrong one
Click the song at the top right of Ofuda's window and pick the app you listen with instead of Automatic. If your app isn't listed, it doesn't report to Windows' media controls; in many apps that is a setting (for example "Show media controls" or "Media keys").
Windows warns before installing
The installer isn't signed with a Windows certificate yet, so SmartScreen doesn't know it. Click More info, then Run anyway. Only download Ofuda from this website.
"Sync off on this computer"
Your plan syncs on a limited number of computers and they are taken. Sign out a computer you no longer use in Settings › Profile and devices.
A design looks different on another computer
It probably uses a font that is only installed on the first computer. Upload it in Settings › Fonts. More about fonts.
Starting Ofuda again does nothing
Ofuda runs once at a time. If it is already running in the tray, starting it again brings its window to the front.
