Which app Ofuda listens to.

Where the song comes from

Ofuda reads the song, artist and cover from Windows' media controls, the same place the volume popup and the lock screen get them from. Any app that shows up there works: Spotify, Apple Music, your browser and many more.

Pick the app

The song Ofuda hears is shown at the top right of the window. Click it to see every app reporting to Windows. Automatic follows whatever Windows has in front; picking an app keeps Ofuda on that one, which helps when a video in your browser keeps taking over.

Audio levels

Audio levels for visualizers are measured from your computer's sound output. Ofuda never records or sends audio.
